Oooo Lasagnaaaa!…

Oooooooo Lasagnaaaaaaaa!

Playing with lighting equipment again…

While setting up the light, I thought it would be fun to play around with something reflective. I had just made some tea and it seemed like a great subject. The dark mug and the reflective surface was fun to play with and it took a few tries of moving the umbrella around to not reflect back in the liquid.

I had that WOOHOO! reaction when I got this shot…

And in case you were held in suspense… LASAGNA!

aperture: ƒ/11.0
shutter: 1/5 sec

lens: EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro
focal length: 50mm

I used this recipe making only a few minor changes…
☀ For the red sauce, I used two (15 oz) cans of pizza sauce
☀ To the mushrooms and artichokes, I added some diced carrots, and about a handful (from a frozen bag mix) of onions, green/red peppers

It turned out delicious! Using the canned sauce saved me quite a bit of time too! 🙂

Until next time…
